Personal Story

"Getting into Dartmouth was pretty cool. I guess I expected to be happier once I got in, but I got over it pretty quickly."

Useful Advice

"People focus way too much on grades and the volume of extracurriculars they have instead of making their extracurriculars really focused and meaningful.

A problem I see is that people think that in order to get into a good college you have to do everything well, and that's not true. To get into a good school you can either a) do a lot of things much better than average, or b) do one or too things exceptionally. I chose the latter route and I personally believe that it's the easiest way to do it."
