Personal Story

"When I applied to Columbia I didn't expect to get in. I applied with the idea that I would 99.9% be rejected.

I had applied to Harvard in the fall and unsurprisingly, was very rejected, and after that I pretty much gave up on getting into the Ivy League. So it was pretty much a shock getting in."

Useful Advice

"You have to apply early because it really allows you to set yourself up and position yourself really well to capitalize on your opportunity.

I'd recommend starting in the early summer so that you have a good shot of finishing up and getting everything ready by the time September rolls around."
